I've been using your service for years now and I must say it's a pleasure to deal with you. The service has been incredibly fast and the staff has been great. Yesterday I had a "Domestic Disaster" Cory was here in two hours, and the problem was fixed 30 minutes later! Today, Scott installed two risers in the time it would have taken me to get my tools out. Lee, Just wanted to thank you and the Evergreen Sanitation crew for excellent service that you provided. Normally when you call for service on a Sunday, you get an answering service...maybe. But, when I called, you answered, listened to my problem, and even though you could not get a service technician on site Sunday, you did dispatch a pumper truck. As your dispatcher promised on Monday morning, Terry arrived at 10 AM despite the pouring rain, he quickly diagnosed the problem, got the pump back in service, and provided me with some tips on what to do "next time" hoping that there is not a next time for a long while.
